You’ll have to look long and hard to find a better deal, or a better sounding instrument, even at double
or triple the price. (Skeptical? Take the Morpheus Challenge). If you’re not absolutely delighted with the
quality and value, simply contact us within two weeks of receipt. If we can’t solve the problem, we’ll tell
you how to send the instrument back for a replacement or refund. Instruments must be returned in original condition,
with all the original accessories, and in the original case and packaging. Morpheus will refund shipping
costs in the event of a manufacturing defect.

PLEASE NOTE: For all returns, whether for repair or replacement or refund, please contact us
before returning any items. Morpheus Strings may reimburse shipping and handling costs under certain
conditions and at the discretion of Morpheus Strings. Unless prior approval is obtained in writing,
however, all costs for shipping, handling, insurance or other related costs will remain the customer’s
responsibility.
